Lori Quitiquit-Hoffman, M.H.R.O.D., has over twenty years of experience
in the human resources and organization development fields. She specializes
in consulting to clients in the areas of change management, high-performance
teamwork, leadership development, organization design, human resource
process and systems implementation, and instructional systems design.
She also brings her expertise at facilitating experiential-based learning
tools that expedite the management and organizational development process.
Lori has significant experience with consumer products, manufacturing,
oil & chemical, and paper products companies, as well as government sector
organizations experiencing transition. Lori has designed and implemented
leadership development programs, facilitated strategic planning sessions
with senior leadership teams, conducted comprehensive cultural change
interventions, and implemented organizational improvement efforts for
many companies including: The Clorox Company, FMC Corporation, Shell Oil
Company, Weyerhauser Paper Company.
