Experiential Programs

VisionPoint Consulting has many years of experience facilitating a broad array of indoor and outdoor experiential exercises and simulations. We use these exercises as tools-not as an end in themselves. We expertly combine and integrate experiential exercises into training and consulting solutions to expedite the learning process. These exercises act as learning laboratories that contain a variety of hands-on problem-solving challenges where individuals and groups can experiment with and practice the essentials of leadership and teamwork. Our experiential exercises mirror organizational issues and provide participants the opportunity to discover for themselves the cause-and-effect relationship between what does and does not work when applying their skills. Our belief is that this provides the fastest path to help individuals and teams see the "unseen" and to get to the "unspeakable" that needs to be addressed.
