Mitch Fairrais
Mitch Fairrais is a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant who specializes in facilitating extraordinary learning events utilizing experiential training tools for both private and public sector organizations.

He is noted for his ability to cut to the heart of an issue with speed and ease. His strength in designing extraordinary learning experiences comes from his focus on helping organizations and individuals make decisions based on a "what's possible mindset" rather than making decisions based solely on the current circumstances which reflects conventional corporate wisdom. Mitch also helps to increase bottom line results by facilitating innovative learning tools and processes to create an environment where clients learn to more effectively leverage one another and increase personal accountability and fulfillment.

Over the past eleven years Mitch has pioneered the use of experiential learning in major corporations including British Telecom, Kellogg, Microsoft, and Bank of Montreal. His areas of focus include high-performance teamwork, strategic planning, culture change, conflict resolution, and sales productivity.

In addition to being a member of the VisionPoint team, Mitch is the founder and President of On the Mark, a Toronto based organizational consulting firm. His extensive sales and operations background has allowed him to help clients to accomplish unprecedented sales results. Mitch previously worked with Royal Trust, where he was responsible for establishing a sales culture for their network of 140 retail branches across Canada. While there, he also implemented sales standards for branch sales people, nationwide.

Mitch spent several years as the Operations Manager for the International Racquet and Fitness Academy Sport Clubs, a chain of full service multi-purpose private fitness clubs. There he established a sales strategy and operations policy that generated consistent yearly improvement of bottom line results. Later, Mitch became a consultant working within this industry with clubs in financial difficulty.

Mitch also has extensive sales management experience within broadcasting and retail industries. He was Sales Manager at the flagship store for Canada's prestigious Harry Rosen Menswear. He was also Sales Manager and later a sales strategy consultant for CIUT, at the time North America's largest community radio station.
