We develop training designs that help managers become effective leaders-leaders who build commitment, stimulate innovation, and inspire outstanding performance. Many of our designs integrate experiential components with leadership and management models to ensure that knowledge acquisition is joined with workplace application. We can add an indoor/outdoor experiential component to your existing program or assist you in initiating new programs. Our goal is to create engaging, exciting, and fun learning environments that provide participants with a full appreciation for the role that effective leadership plays in creating high-performance teamwork and organizations. These programs can be offered on an open enrollment basis to targeted levels of management or to intact leadership teams. Based on your goals, we draw upon a wide variety of resources including assessments, leadership/management models, and indoor/outdoor experiential activities to develop a program design that meets your organization's unique needs. We
are skilled at working with internal training staff as well as collaborating
with other external consultants to co-design and/or co-deliver these programs.
